Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision

School Move Fact Sheet

During the period of validity of a license or registration, no change shall be made in any item for which approval was provided.  Changing the location of a school requires prior approval by the Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS). The following items must be submitted, in duplicate, before a school moves to a different location:

  • BPSS Application for Approval - Quarters (PDF PDF Image Icon 44KB or MS Word) and supporting documentation.
  • Checklist for Completing School Move (PDF PDF Image Icon 15KB or MS Word) including a current list of active personnel.
  • Updates of the school catalog, enrollment agreements, and other school forms to reflect the new school address.

After the move has taken place, an amended school license/registration and personnel licenses will be generated for the school.
