SUBJECT: Sample Forms Available on the BPSS Web Site

To assist new and existing schools, the Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS) has posted sample forms on its web site in three formats, html for internet browsers, Microsoft Word for ease of editing and printing the forms, and Acrobat PDF for ease of printing without the loss of formatting.  These forms can be found through the "Information for Schools Seeking Licensure/Registration" button on our home page (www.highered.nysed.gov/bpss) or directly at http://www.highered.nysed.gov/bpss/administrative_forms.htm.  These sample forms will also be available by going to the "Training, Tutorials, and Technical Assistance" box on the BPSS home page.

These added features on the BPSS web site will greatly benefit all existing and pending schools in meeting the standards necessary for educational and administrative forms.  This technical assistance will also enhance the cooperative efforts between schools and their individual BPSS Education Team representatives as we work together in devising more streamlined methods to maintain compliance.
